Demolition Project in Portland, Maine

The Regency Hotel in Portland, Maine was a very large demolition project that we completed in multiple phases. While we were demolishing, this beautiful hotel remained open. Working alongside plumbers, electricians, designers, and even hotel guests, Briggs Contracting crew navigated this project with the utmost expertise, efficiency, and professionalism. The entryway and stairs were completely gutted for a total new look and preparations were made for a new whiskey bar.
